I am a baker with my own bakery and I have been using the TRULICIOUS for making fruit pies and tarts, not only are they delicious but they are great for diabetics and anyone looking to get away from sugar. They bring out the great flavor of the fruit and trust me once you use this product to make fruit pies or tarts you will never go back to sugar again. It also makes a great meringue for lemon meringue pies as well, you just add a very little to your egg whites maybe a tsp. For diabetics who love yogurt just get the no sugar yogurt and add a little TRULICIOUS and fruit and it now tastes amazing. There are many uses for this product other than just putting it in coffee or tea so play around like I do.
