DISTRIBUTOR WEBSITE ACCESS

Upon enrollment, TRU allows its distributors to create a replicated site which requires the use of a user id and password which is granted by TRU. This information must be kept confidential. TRU may disable your user id and password in TRU sole discretion without notice or explanation.

SUBMISSIONS OF CONTENT

For any material that you submit to this website in any form – including print, photograph or video – you grant to TRU a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid royalty-free license (with the right to sub-license) to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, stream, store, retain, publicly perform or display, transmit, scan, reformat, modify, edit, frame, translate, excerpt, create derivative works and distribute (through multiple tiers) your user content in any existing or future media. Without prejudice to TRUs other rights under these terms of use, if you breach these terms of use in any way, TRU may take such action as TRU deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these terms of use is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri, excluding its conflicts of law rules that would require the application of the law of any other state or other foreign jurisdiction, and the united states of America. For all purposes of these terms of use, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the united states federal courts or state courts located in the western district of Missouri, Kansas city division. Use of the website and the content thereof is not authorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms of use, including without limitation, this section.
